If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO. If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing, as well as object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 DSGVO).

Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 c) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country where the GDPR applies in whole or in part.
Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject override.
Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
For this purpose, we use service companies that are separately obligated to maintain secrecy and data protection within the scope of service provision. Data is only passed on to public authorities in the event of overriding legal provisions.
