Bats – Acrobats of the Night

Tonight, it’s all about bats, our nocturnal insect hunters. On a walk, we’ll look at potential daytime roosting spots on houses and trees, learn what they eat, and why they’re specially protected. At dusk, bats become active, and we can watch them foraging in the spa gardens. A bat detector makes their calls audible to humans.

Notes: The event will be canceled in case of continuous rain. The guided tour is wheelchair-accessible. The route covers approximately 1.5 km. Suitable for children ages 8 and up.

For all our events, spots are available for people who hold a KUKUK card (more info at www.kukuk.de). Please ask about available spots when registering.
