On Saturday, 19.10.2024 at 11.30 a.m. the tour starts on the Luisenturmweg. Start and finish is the parking lot below the Luisenturm, Peter-Eggermont-Straße, 33829 Borgholzhausen.
The 8 km long hiking trail runs around the Johannisegge and offers great views over the Ravensberger Hügelland, the Münsterland and the Weserbergland. The names and landscapes of the individual sections of the trail are interesting and varied: "Schweizer Tal", "Langendehne", "Hollandskopf" or "Silberblick". The Luisenturmweg has been certified as a quality trail by the German Hiking Association and has been awarded the title "Dream Tour".
After the approx. 3-hour hike, a stop for coffee and cake is planned in the restaurant at the Luisenturm.
The number of participants is limited to 25 people. Participation is at your own risk.
For organizational reasons, registration is required by 15.10.24. The hike is free of charge. The stop at the restaurant at the Luisenturm is self-paying.
