IMAD - International Music Days at the Cathedral

In autumn 2022, "IMAD - Internationale Musiktage am Dom" firmly established itself as a highlight in Paderborn's cultural calendar with its furious and celebrated first edition. But the almost three weeks of programming with a top-class and diverse program also shone far beyond that. IMAD will be back for the second time in September 2025. Conceived as a triennial from the outset, planning for 2025 began shortly after the last festival. From September 12 to 26, 2025, Paderborn Cathedral Music will once again offer guest performances and in-house productions specially rehearsed for the festival with cathedral conductor Thomas Berning as festival director. The program includes national and international artists together with local greats and, above all, Paderborn Cathedral Music's own ensembles.
