Our breath accompanies us every moment - and is also one of the most effective keys to inner peace and balance.
In this 5-day course, you will discover how you can specifically influence your well-being through conscious breathing. Learn how to focus your attention inwards, become aware of your breath and consciously control it.
With simple breathing exercises, short meditations and gentle movement impulses, you will gradually become more in touch with yourself. You will release tension and strengthen your inner balance.
You will learn techniques suitable for everyday use that will support you particularly in stressful situations - at work, in everyday life or during exams: for more calm, focus and a clear head when it matters.
Prerequisites: The content of the course is suitable for everyday use and suitable for everyone, regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience with mindfulness.
You should, however, have a good physical constitution. If you have bronchitis or asthma, please consult your doctor in advance.
