A public guided tour of the Poelmahn House is offered. From 3 p.m., visitors can view the interior of the stately house and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of an upscale bourgeois merchant's house. Elegant furniture in colorful rooms and numerous landscape paintings depicting the places of longing of the 19th century await visitors. There are also stories about the life of the Poelmahn family and their work in Vlotho.
