In the "Wild Herb Kitchen", course participants not only learn lots of exciting things about wild herbs, they also collect them and then process them together into a delicious dish. There will be chopping and pureeing, cooking and feasting. The course will be led by biologist Anke Langenbach from the Garden Show Park's Green Classroom, who has lots of interesting things to say about wild herbs and will prepare and lead the delicious meal.
The workshop, which lasts around three to four hours, is aimed at adults. The selection of plants and recipes varies depending on the season. The recipes and a list of plants will be sent later by email. The course takes place in all weathers, please wear appropriate clothing. The cost is 45 euros per person including materials and admission. Registration is possible here online. A maximum of ten interested people can attend each event. Groups of six or more can make a separate appointment.
